Radisson’s Revenue Strategy | Weighing Up an RMS | Streamlining Budgeting

Gianni Di Fede , Senior Vice President of Revenue Management, Distribution, and RevGen BI, EMEA is a revenue visionary. He joined Radisson Hotel Group in 2017 and from day one he set to work to streamline revenue operations, with the aim of driving increased revenue and efficiency.

Five years on, the company now has an organized global revenue structure that cascades down to regional and local levels, all moving in the same direction to deliver best-in-class revenue management.
