The Zoo Labs FUND returns in 2024 for a fourth grant cycle administered in partnership with Center for Cultural Innovation (CCI), a trusted nonprofit intermediary focused on the financial well-being of artists, arts workers, culture bearers, and creative entrepreneurs. In 2024, Zoo Labs: FUND will make available $225,000 in unrestricted grants.?In response to the marked lack of capital for entrepreneurial artists to afford starting or scaling up their creative businesses, we will award unrestricted grants to Bay Area BIPOC and BIPOC-led artist teams whose music-based business is contributing to the region’s arts and culture environment in positive ways. Moving Narratives is a multi-disciplinary mentorship programme, which supports artists to explore and strengthen creative practices that reconsider historical legacies and explore emancipatory movements. A partnership between the Prince Claus Fund and 英国文化协会 , each year Moving Narratives brings together 12 socially and politically engaged mid-career artists and cultural practitioners working across diverse mediums and approaches. Applicants must live and work in eligible countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Caribbean, and Eastern Europe. Each participant receives an award of 10,000 EUR to work on the project or body of work outlined in their application.
