RADIO EXCLUSIVE: Surveys Help Lead Us to Solutions
I recently had the pleasure of being featured on Idaho's local station KDPI Radio 88.5 Ketchum in an interview conducted by Jeff Guylay. Powerhouse Learning often begins relationships with clients with a surveying process, that involves the leadership team, sales team, and the service team. The survey questions are simple - the four base questions include:
- What is present?
- What is missing?
- How do you contribute to what is missing?
- What are the possibilities?
The survey also asks participants to reflect on their own strengths and weaknesses. Most of know us what we need to work on, we just don't always know how to shift or change. Surveys can be fantastic, or horrible depending on their length and relevance of questions to the audience. I enjoy using them, too, in change or transformation scenarios

7 年Yep, with these 4 basic questions Brandie Hinen can uncover the "pain" ...and help develop a framework for a solution.. I love this quote... "most of us didn't go to school for leadership" I haven't met one agency owner that did.... that's why we need the guidance and expertise of folks like Brandie !
