Based on the concept developed by Stephen Covey, Radical Wellbeing acknowledges that for you and I to be at our best, we need to regularly make time to ‘sharpen the saw’, that is to say, we must look after our emotional, mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing.
Many of us look after some of these dimensions of our wellbeing, at least some of the time. But imagine if you were to do all of them, more consistently? What if you felt emotionally secure, mentally balanced, physically fit and spiritually nourished?

Radical Wellbeing is my coach-led?group?coaching programme, with teachings and materials put together just for you. It includes four live online webinars via Zoom (which will be recorded so you can listen to them again or catch up on a session if you can’t join live) from Saturday 17 June to Saturday 8 July inclusive at 9am each morning.?The teachings last an hour and we’ll have an additional 15 minutes for Q&A each week.?Each topic provides practical tools that can be applied in your life right now, supplemented with worksheets to support you in taking action between calls.?
Each week we’ll look at a different dimension of wellbeing: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual, creating opportunities for holistic wellness across?all?dimensions over the 4-week programme.

Most important, we also look at the 4-P's of implementation. In truth, this is probably the missing ingredient to how you've been approaching your wellbeing up until now! You most likely already know what you need to be doing to enhance your wellbeing! What's missing is the mindset and strategy to actually do it.
