Excited to be back!

I took time over the break to reflect with friends and my husband—each conversation brought new insights. A few highlights from our Powered Path Program? prompts:

• Big Win: My TEDx talk.
• Big Lesson: Don’t point out a mistake when someone compliments me—let them enjoy the moment!
• Smartest Decision: Writing my new book.

I also set my top priorities for the year:

• RaderCo: Launching Reclaim Your Workday, growing our consulting arm, and refreshing our slide templates.
• Personal: Staying mindful about scheduling. I’m saying no to extra meetings to protect time for my closest friends and myself (an extrovert with privacy needs here!).

2025 Theme: Simplify

We started simplifying RaderCo in 2024, and the work continues. This year, we're:

• Moving the Powered Path Program? to ThriveCart and launching a print version of the playbook on Amazon.
• Streamlining our scheduling system.
• Tackling other 'simplify' projects across the board.

On the personal side:

• I'm decluttering one room per month (a five-year ritual).
• Simplifying clothes, makeup, and self-care (because the Paradox of Choice is REAL!).
• Evaluating my routines to make them easier.
