MVP, short for Minimum Viable Product, is a product designed to meet the needs of early adopters and gather feedback for future development. It serves as a test version released to the market to assess its viability and decide if further investment in development is justified.
Stages to Build a Software-Based MVP
Building a successful MVP involves specific procedures.
Key Attributes of an MVP:
1. It must offer enough value to entice early adopters to use or even purchase it. While the MVP should have basic features to save time and resources during development, it should still be usable enough to attract early adopters.
2. The MVP should demonstrate potential future benefits to retain most early adopters. Despite having only basic features initially, it must provide hope for improvement over time.
3. The MVP should establish a feedback loop for guiding future development. Early features of the product should facilitate easy feedback from early adopters about their overall experience.
RADA Foundation MVP:
The Rada Foundation offers products for early adopters, namely the NFT Marketplace and the Wallet.
The Foundation has two primary goals. The first is to enhance the chances for young prospective players to progress with systematic support through the "RADA nurturing program." The second goal is to improve supporters' engagement and protect the club heritage. The aim of the project is to achieve promotion to the upper league and run the club with the DAO community, with a focus on "Equality, diversity, and inclusion."
RADA Program Structure:
The program includes essential elements, starting with training. The Foundation collaborates with European football clubs and academies in Belgium, England, Italy, and Spain, with the DV7 Academy of Spain being the primary partner. The program encompasses various training and practice matches against Spanish La Liga club's youth teams.
The care system is another crucial aspect, addressing players' multi-dimensional needs, including recovery techniques, nutrition plans, injury prevention strategies, and performance enhancement.
Lastly, the program aims to minimize player expenditures while maximizing support from investments and NFT drops. Support is also sought from clubs, academies, and local sports governing bodies.
NFT Marketplace:
The NFTs issued on the RADA platform adhere to the Ethereum network's ERC-721 token standard and can be traded on an NFT marketplace supporting Ethereum-based NFTs.
Initially, the service operates in collaboration with Nifty Gateway, including Open Sea, a prominent global NFT marketplace. The company plans to develop and operate its NFT marketplace after stabilizing and enhancing the RADA platform service. This approach aims to prevent content theft due to frequent hacking, establish a secure P2P trading market, and ensure fair and transparent P2E experiences.

Wallet Service:
In the initial stages, RADA provides wallet services by linking external wallet systems and plans to develop its own wallet system for enhanced user accessibility and convenience in the future.
Two representative wallet services are MetaMask, compatible with various cryptocurrency exchanges and NFT marketplaces, and Trust Wallet, which stores collectible NFTs such as ERC-721 and ERC-1155 and provides charts and price information for users' interested coins.
