RACISM
Am I the only one who think there is a wrong taste here? A scent, a smell, which indicates that the authors have not gotten it, for real? I feel a set back, to the times where men had not understood what equality was all about, and did all the wrong steps, as they had not shed off the Patriarchal and Chauvinist behaviours.
Here from World Economic Forum's news letter. It simply calls for correction. It smells of being written by desktop workers who have never sat foot out there in the reality, in the crunch, where life is lived. Writers who sit with maybe beautiful thoughts, but with no clue to what is the real matter at hand. I, for one, do indeed NOT know everything about what is going on. If I was to know, I would have to know everybody's thoughts, feelings and have not only access to what has happened to them, but also be in the know of what they felt. Well. I don't. So my ode here today is to point out some parts of the communication which reveals that the authors have no clue...

On the Agenda
Responding to the anger. The Great Reset must fight racism and fundamental inequalities.
- No. We shall never, ever fight racism. We shall work positively for equality. This notion that we fight something negative must stop. We must take a stand, we must actively take responsibility for what whom we want to be, not what we don't want.
- No. We shall never, ever fight against fundamental inequalities. We shall work actively for equality. Same as above. Take charge for what equality is, and see to that it gets implemented. That is what any responsible person who wants equality will work for.
- Don't get derailed by the "Not want" movement. Join the "What we want" train, and work for what is right, just, free, loving, caring. That is truly what would drive business into the next century. Free us from "Fights against evil".
These are the injustices that led to the protests in the US.
- This is a very simplified view.
- We cannot just remove these injustices, and then everything is fine.
- It would resemble icing a dog shit.
- We must not remove injustices - just as elsewhere, we must work on our fears of others who are different. Work on finding comfort in similarities between us, which are by far many more, weightier, more important, than our differences.
- The only way to create a just world, is to join forces with our neighbours, work with each other. Learn each other, and care for each other.
Beyond black-washing. 7 ways businesses can show that black lives matter.
- This is, in my view bad bad taste. There is no meaning in "showing that black lives matter". This is not a marketing exercise where the most important is, to show on the surface that black lives matter. There is a very fine line between genuine with integrity, and fake. A lot of this stem from purpose. If, again, the purpose is "as fast as possible to get back to normal, where businesses extort employees and treat them (largely coloured people) not much different from slaves, with the difference that the whip has been exchanged with unemployment in a merciless state (Western world)", then forget about it. Businesses should never, ever "show that black lives matter". Businesses should embrace equality and deep down in their roots start embracing customer-ownership of "their" business. Ownership as in: Shares in the business, obtained through buying products/services from the business. ANYONE would thereby become shareholder, and that, would create a natural spread of all wealth, amongst everybody. The richest people would not even feel it. But the poorer you are, the stronger you would feel this. Therefore, surface/icing/fake "showing that X matters", who ever X is - is irrelevant. True sharing of wealth, is a very visible, workable way to not SHOW that black or white or yellow or poor or rich or short or thick or thin people matter - it would simply implement that we all matter.
The hour of pride. How your organisation can support the LGBTI community.
- The whole notion of "Supporting" "Showing" etc. is not genuine. The LGBTIXYZ community does not need "Support" or "Show". They need genuine, heart felt acceptance based on a full understanding of who they are as humans, acceptance in direct daily, natural and normal daily activities. Not "Support" or "Show". The entire taste of it is ... bad. It is the same way we saw back then, when men said to their wives: "Can I help you wash the dishes?" - and these good men with all their good hearts, had not embraced female liberation, not at all. In these words: "Can I help you wash the dishes?" its engrained that the job is actually a job for a woman, and that the man is HELPING her (here: Supporting her), he is not taking charge as a person who has full and equal responsibility for all household matters like his female counterpart. The same goes here. The actions written under the "Support the LGBTIXYZ" headline are fine and well - but the attitude behind the headline are wrong, wrong and wrong.
Buying AI. Government spending could unleash innovation.
- Innovation happen everywhere. The entire system the way it beats up anyone who is different does ALSO hit and lash out towards those who innovate and create new things. The old school "Mushroom harvesting" method of "Management", is painstakingly slow being replaced by leadership. But at this pace, we have seen the next ice age before real free and unbound, workable innovation will set foot in those corporate businesses who are - while writing these lines here - biting off the heads of anyone who dare to challenge the status quo. It is the same problem as with racism. Everybody talks about stopping it, a few makes some quirks here and there - like this World Economic Forum article I am ripping apart here, but very very few really embraces being with the people. Living with the people. Segregation based on monetary acumen is the order of the day - and it shows - in the titles and texts of WEF's otherwise so noble writings :-(
Digital Africa. 4 ways to support a post-pandemic recovery.
- Here yet an article which, instead of dealing with the problem, namely that people do not wear masks (masks which in 21 days would be able to shove the entire pandemic rubbish back into the ocean) lists numerous ways where we via digital icing can look away from 21 days of slight discomfort wearing masks, and replace it with digital-business-favorizing means which are like crossing the river 200 times to fetch water. And - whom would be the winners of this "DIgital wonderland" of "Covid19 solutions"?
- Who would, on the other hand be the winners, if we could promote the use of masks everywhere? Or is it in reality so, that the white's who are the ones directing what the media shall promote and publish - are very happy that 1 out of 1600 African-Americans are dead from COVID19? And that they hope that this trend will continue? We are not discussing 1 in 1600 infected African-Americans. We are discussing population wide, that 1 in 1600 of the entire population of African-Americans have died from COVID19. And - nobody have cared!!!
Strategic Intelligence
On our radar
Listen to the general. A top African-American military man speaks out.
- What does it help? Whas it not only 2 days ago that the elected so called president of USA, not only lashed out, but degraded and spoke ill about Powell? A coloured general, yes, and a great human being, too, if one reads his biography and what has been written about him too.
Quit and stay. The gender gap is just the tip of the iceberg for black women.
- Well. Good article. But - what do we DO about it?
The money is white. How racism is built into the structure of the US economy.
- Finally a point here. It is good that we can now finally see some admittance of how the entire economy (not only in USA) have embraced systems and methods which - by virtue of their very existence in the very way they do exist - simply supports white people and not any shade of colour.
