The race car that combines innovation and passion. PROMOTECH and University of Technology collaboration.
????Since 2013, #PROMOTECH has been supporting The Cerber #Motorsport Team in building the race car by providing precise components needed for its construction.
???? Cerber Motorsport consists of students from the Faculties of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Computer Science at Politechnika Bia?ostocka . They design and build a Formula Student class race car that competes with teams from around the world.
#Cerber demonstrates that passion, innovative technologies, and commitment are key to achieving success. This is why PROMOTECH has been supporting this initiative since 2013, i.e. from the very beginning ?????? With the CMS-09, students from the University took on the challenge of designing and building a #FormulaStudent hybrid race car for the first time.
???? In CMS-09 the gearbox mechanism needed to be changed, and the geometry of both the front and rear suspension was redesigned. We are proud that parts of this system, including the wheel hubs, were made by #PROMOTECH ???? Small electric motors were placed in 10-inch wheel rims. The steering knuckle, hub, and planetary gearbox were newly designed.
?? ?????? Each race car project is the result of many hours of designing, creating original ideas, and numerous tests. ?????? ?????? Hard work, creativity, courage, and perseverance bring results. The year 2023 brought victories in two general classifications of Formula Student competitions in Poland and Romania.
???????????? Winning the competition is not determined solely by the speed of the car, but also, and perhaps most importantly, by its design, as well as financial and sales planning.
The current Cerber Team consists of 23 members and is divided into 7 sub-teams: Chassis, Aerodynamics, Suspension, Powertrain, Electronics, Marketing, and the newest Vehicle Autonomy Department.

???? The new CMS-9 will compete in four series of events: in Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic, and Poland. The first races will take place on July 21 at the Red Bull Ring in Austria. Let's cheer and keep our fingers crossed for this year's successes of Cerber Motorsport! ?????
