What do you expect from yourself??
That everything works?
That your mind stays sharp?
That your body remains?healthy?
That you'll live a long, productive life?
That makes sense! When SHIfT happens and we have to adjust, are we respecting the process or the time it takes to heal, grieve, strengthen, accept?
When you feel like you're not getting enough done; when you think you should have been able to do something better; or when you badmouth your body for the time its taking to heal, STOP. Take a breath to adjust the perspective, and speak words of gratitude instead.
TAKE ACTION: Jot down one thing you respect about yourself and one other person each day. Instead of a gratitude journal, this one's an ATTITUDE journal. Let's make a shift together!
