R-E-R Model
If you are reading this, I can bet you, you will find something similar is happening with you.
This R-E-R model will surely help you to navigate to find passion whatever you are doing.
I was in a training and when we were doing the self-reflection, the facilitator/trainer, Mr. Vikas helped me to conceptualize my R-E-R model
I was never a pessimist, but I had?my self-discriminations
I don't have a heroic body..
I am not a good English speaker...
I don't have an Oxford or IIM degree....
I don't have enough money...
My shoulder is heavy with burdens....
It had been instilling all along until I keenly observed many inspiring leaders around and great personalities.
The quest was to quench my heart with lots of positivity. Exactly I was not sure, what I was looking for; it could be a great position, could be more money, could be more happiness,?could be healthy relationships or living a life with purpose
It was too messy to start with SOMETHING and those SOMETHINGS are like
Find purpose
Bring positivity...
Be passionate....
Motivate yourself...
Encourage yourself..

Learn skills..
Be enthusiastic..
Love what you do....
Push yourself..
Set high standard...
Sounds great! Right?
But How? The most difficult part.
Then gracefully found a good mentor, read many books, observed many successful people, watched lots of Ytube videos and tried to commence some habits. However the negativity was inhibiting it to happen.
However I pushed myself to continue the journey without any worry of outcome.
Then I truly realized that I don't know the height I want to reach, but importantly I found myself passionate everyday. I found?meaning from my daily routine, both at work place and home. I am just excited to do better. Small setbacks are just good to improve.
When I bundled the learning and experience, I found the answer HOW.
The recipe is very simple and start with a healthy habit.
Yes this is my R-E-R model
R - Stands for reading. Every day 10 to 20 pages (30 mins to 1 hr) something very useful, it could be anything. But keep your browsing of news separate. It should be with only Book or any article.
E - Stands for exercise. Minimum 30 to 45 minutes of standard workout. Intention is not to make a tight body, indeed to stay healthy and fit. Also YOGA for 15 minutes helps a lot. So it could be 30+15 or every alternate day; your choice
R- Stands for retrospect. Before going to bed, 20 minutes introspection is really essential to spend time with self. Which helps for a better start next day. It start with gratitude for the day even for everything. Be thankful to the BOSS even who scolded you. You will find opportunity. I would recommend to make a small half page journal.
Discovering my HOW took lots of time. So I thought my small write up may help somebody who has no idea from where to start.
This could be a direction for many aspirants or strugglers those who really want to find passion.
