On the surface you see the tree.

You see the branches.

You see the leaves and foliage.

You see the trunk - strong, stable and tall.

What you don't see is the foundation.

The structure that is holding the tree up.

The roots. The base.

Without a strong foundation, the tree would topple over.

It would not grow.

It would not get nutrients - food and water to live.

Within your practice, you need to build a strong foundation.

A stable base to allow yourself to grow, expand and evolve.

Through you showing up, taking the time to heal, you are developing the base, the foundation.

It is within this "???????? ???????? ???? ???????? ????" action that compounds over time.

It is the nutrients.

It is the healing.

It is the growth.
