Quo of the week#9

Our education system in Germany is not up to date anymore. We need to get away from the teacher-centered teaching to a completely new form of collaborative working. With Scrum4Schools, children learn self-determined and with more joy. Teachers become consultants instead of commanders. Not only do students have greater freedom in the learning process, they can also get to construct it themselves. As a result, their personal responsibility, their ability to work as a team and their motivation to try things out will drastically improve. At the same time, results and achievements will get within reach for them and they learn to recognize and appreciate the value of their classmates' abilities. The biggest advantage, however, is that it will prepare them for a digital work environment with agile working methods. They simply learn more contemporary.
