Quitting.
Many say never quit.
But you know too many people do quit often....
Even in professional life many do quit. Many quit their jobs...
Reasons are peer pressure, competitive environment,performance issues.
this is a sensitive topic as to why employees quit there professional life, questions which arise are
are companies not providing enough money for the work done by employee
is environment and the conditions in which employees are working not suitable for them...
is this a issue of emotional health of employee and no wrong by companies...
yes we do have sessions where we take care of emotional health of employees but are they successful enough in improving quality lifestyle...
then why this quiting if this sessions are not failling,then ofcourse these sessions are failling in many ways.
do we always have to prove ourselves in order to be fit for these jobs, every promotion needs an exam to be cleared then only you will be given that position in company.
all this creates hate among collegues for each others.
this issue of quitting must be addressed by industries.
again there are some who despite having appropiate qualifications turn off the jobs given...
so somewhere there exists emotional,logical,and intellectual problem.
because bright minds resists working for multinationals as well.
we all should ask ourselves where are we lacking.
why are we not able to create what we want to create,we are failling as whole unit...
this nature gives birth to killing nature which humanity possess since beginning...
can it be stopped or can't?
