The purpose of conducting the gas and oil project is to present human resources services or a good fiscal and accounting team, etc. if the team output isn't clear, it will be impossible to select the appropriate team members.
1. Selection of Team Members
During a few years of work with different multinational companies and their members, with various job background and nationalities, we have found that if the members are not selected appropriately, we won't expect smooth and balance team movement.
Team members have different personality, traits, skills and talents, so they should have appropriate output finally. It doesn't mean teaming up while having people with a lot in common, it means they should product the optimum interaction.
Interpersonal skills are considered to be a key element of human skills, and the members should improve them on themselves. They shouldn’t forget that the diversity of ideas is an inseparable part of any teamwork. At the same time being able to solve problems and meet conflicts is the most efficient skill which someone could have.
2. Feel - Free environment for discussion
That people feel free to discuss and don't take defensive action, will be the result of feel-free environment.
3. Transparency in member's duties
Each team member should be aware of their duties clearly.
4. Free and positive view against changes !
Forward movement and changes which are requisite to every improvement are inseparable part of job principle and business in today's world. Members should know that any job and its principles can’t be unchanged and having a positive view against any change is a constructive approach of team working.

9 年Great, important & useful Flora... Thanks... I would like to add one more lesson learned via team working: Be open and honest... Talk with your group members if there’s a problem, and talk with me if you think you need help... Be forgiving when people make mistakes, but don’t be afraid to raise the issues when they come up...
