In response to our changing and challenging times and a personal desire to step more fully into the next phase of my life and career, I am expanding my coaching practice to include a program called The Quiet Reset.

What. The Quiet Reset is a 1?-day silent online retreat designed to deepen your self-awareness and rejuvenate your spirit. Through gentle yoga, guided visualizations, meditation, reflective exercises, and intentional silence, this retreat offers a sanctuary from daily life, allowing you to reconnect with your inner self and gain clarity. Join us to experience peace and emerge with renewed energy and insight.

Why. Silent retreats offer numerous benefits, particularly for leaders at all levels, executives, and individuals seeking respite, clarity, personal growth, and leadership and life insights.? Key benefits may include:

  • Mental Clarity & Focus. Silence invites your mind to slow down, declutter, and process thoughts more effectively. This enhances focus, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Who. If you resonate with the description of this retreat or any of the potential benefits, this program is for you. If you have an adventurous spirit and want to experience something new, this retreat is for you. ?Participation is limited to 20 people/retreat (the size of one zoom screen).

Where. This retreat is offered as an online Zoom program.

When. This retreat is offered monthly on the first Thursday and Friday of each month (except for July and then the retreat is offered on the second Thursday and Friday). The program takes place in the Central time zone. All time zones are welcome if it works for your schedule.

  • The Thursday session runs from 7-9pm CT.
  • The Friday session runs from 7am-5pm CT. ?There will be ample breaks for breakfast and lunch and shorter breaks in the mid-morning and late-afternoon.

Programs are scheduled for the following dates in 2025:

  • March 6-7
  • April 3-4
  • May 1-2
  • June 5-6
  • July 10-11
  • August 7-8
  • September 4-5
  • October 2-3
  • November 6-7
  • December 4-5

Programs are offered on a Thursday/Friday because it is often easier for people to take a Friday from work than to give up a weekend with family, friends, errands, and downtime. Additionally, having the weekend to reflect on and integrate your experience will enhance the benefits you receive. If you prefer other days, please email to let me know your preference ([email protected]). If there is interest, I will add additional programs.

Cost. The cost of this retreat is $139. If you would like a post-retreat follow-up coaching session, the total cost of the retreat is $250. Once your spot is reserved, you can make your payment through 1) zelle, 2) venmo, or 3) paypal.

Registration. To reserve your spot in one of these retreats, please complete the Registration form. Once you complete the form, I will let you know if there is space in your chosen program and provide you with an invoice. Your spot will be held for you when payment is received. One week prior to the start of your retreat, I’ll email you a welcome letter with more details about the retreat. You may register for more than one retreat. While the content will be the same/similar, your experience will be different because you are constantly changing and growing. Personally, I have committed to silent retreat every two months this year.

Notes About Silence.

Engaging in extended periods of silence can be both straightforward and challenging. Throughout the retreat, you may encounter a continuous flow of thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations, some of which might be uncomfortable. The aim isn't to suppress or eliminate these experiences, but to observe them without attachment, allowing you to connect with a deeper sense of self and gain the clarity and insights the retreat offers.

There will be moments at the beginning and end of the retreat where we will be speaking together as a large group and in small breakout groups.

I am a student on the silence journey and want to offer this as a support for those who also find themselves on this path.
