What’s the REAL fix when you’re looking to be PROFITABLY Booked for live & in-person speaking engagements in 2021 and 2022??

It’s NOT even…”jumping on the bright, shiny object bandwagon (i.e., Tic Tok, Clubhouse, etc).”
Humans are so funny sometimes.
The human mind wants to make things HARD.
When things aren’t going as we expect…when clients aren’t booking for live events like they used to, or are saying “We don’t have the same budget for virtual events/training as we did for in-person,” or whatever the excuse is…
Have you noticed what happens?
The human mind wants to go, “Hey! We really need to be producing MORE content and the team needs to be doing MORE work to boost our visibility!”
“Clients aren’t saying YES to this $25,000 thing, so let’s go take the next 7 days or 30 days and create all this content and package it up and sell it for $1000!”
The human mind goes: “Your clients are telling you they can’t afford it, therefore it MUST be true, therefore we MUST do something else entirely.”
Luckily for us...
There is reality.
The reality is that business is pretty straightforward.
Your clients invest money (value) for a solution to a pressing problem that they have, or a satisfaction of a Desire that they have (value).
It’s a value exchange.
They give you value in exchange for some value.
It’s NOT difficult.
So what’s the SOLUTION to the “LESS THAN PROFITABLY Booked” problem?
Value.
Namely…
The RIGHT offer, to the RIGHT person, at the RIGHT time.
If your clients aren’t lining up in droves to invest with you, then something in those three “RIGHT”s is off.?
That’s all.

Changes are good you don’t even have to change what you’re doing!
You just have to tweak the OFFER to match the PEOPLE you want to serve.?
