They’ll also need tradesmen to perform renovations on the properties…?
Building and pest inspectors to ensure their properties are in perfect condition…?
Insurance brokers to insure everything…?
Financial planners to work on the business side of things…

And that’s with just one property investor alone. So, imagine how large your network could grow as you work with more investors and more professionals who work with them.
