The Quick Way to That First Million? Outsource.

The Quick Way to That First Million? Outsource.

We are all in business to make a profit. Yes, we want to make a positive difference to the world. Yes, we want to change the face of the industry we work in. Yes, we want to take care of our loved ones.

But, we can’t achieve any of that without making a profit.

The problem is, making money usually takes time. We all know time is our most precious commodity, but trying to balance a successful working life and a happy, healthy home life can mean time disappears with increasing speed.

What if I told you there is a way to make money AND time, whilst barely lifting a finger?

It’s been there, right under your noses the whole time. Outsourcing, when done well, consistently increases your bottom line, whilst simultaneously freeing up your time. And best of all, it often takes very little effort on your part.

Yet people are still reluctant to trust their business operations to somebody else. Why?

1. They don’t trust the quality.

Surely the best quality can only be achieved if it is created under your watch? That’s very unlikely. Outsourced teams are highly focussed on one specific task, and are therefore usually a team of experts. They stay abreast of changes in law and industrial regulations. They have tried and tested experience of best practice.

2. They think will end up costing them more.

This is one of the biggest myths out there. Outsourced teams have none of the costs of an in-house employee: recruitment, office overheads, sick pay, training, annual leave, benefits. Further, as they usually operate utilising economies of scale, they’re able to offer much cheaper hourly rates.

Think about it. If it really is cheaper and it really is equal or of better quality, why aren’t you doing it already?

So, where could you start your outsourcing? You probably already outsource some parts of your business. It’s unlikely you print your own marketing materials, for example. And it would be very unusual for you to service your own photocopier.

By taking that step, you’re freeing up your own time, and the time of your in-house staff.

Imagine what you could do if you turned your focus to working on your business instead of in it.

Interesting article. Working for an outsource company, i would of course agree. ?But it is critical to use an outsource company that understands your culture, your challenges and where you want to be in 5 years.? Get it right and in addition to reduced costs and higher quality, you will achieve a higher customer satisfaction level, greater customer loyalty and the ability to use best in breed technology.

Outsourcing is a tricky subject Heather Murray?and yours is sage advice. With?#b2bdigitalmarketing?we like clients who know their marketing and are able to outsource knowledgeably. It is difficult when clients have little appreciation!?
