“Hey, what’s going on with you, Mary?” ??
A few people approached me lately as it has gotten a little quiet about me and I was not as active & outspoken as I used to be. This is only because I focused so much on a few projects that were long in the making and are now about to go live.?
After attending a few conferences, mastermind sessions and discussions with other founders about various growth strategies and how we might implement them in 2023, I cannot find the words to express how happy I am to share some exciting news with you.
1) New Team Members. Covering all time zones! ???
Our team has grown by 10 new joiners and I couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome these amazing individuals to the #ATLASANALYTICS team. We totally live up to our motto “Live, work, play - anywhere in the world”.
As you may know, having a structured onboarding & training process with all important steps well documented is crucial to ensure a great onboarding experience. So, to make things easier, we updated our internal knowledge base and recorded new videos/tutorials on how to use everything effectively.?
Our new joiners spent their first weeks getting familiar with the company and team, having dedicated 1:1s and product workshops to understand the ins & outs of our business. Now, we feel confident they are well prepared to succeed in their role with everyone’s expectations aligned.

2) New Podcast - “Growth Stories” ???
Long in the making, but finally made the decision to launch it: the ?Growth Stories“ podcast & video interview series. Discussions about the rise of location-independent businesses, emerging startup ecosystems, tech trends and what helps companies to achieve success in this ever-evolving digital age. It features startup founders, investors, industry experts, business leaders and other interesting thinkers & voices from around the world. Part inspiration, part practical playbook - #GrowthStories delivers real-life experiences & advice from those who have built global teams and scalable businesses.
The topics I am most passionate about these days are related to location independence and the rise of new startup cities & ecosystems in the world. The trend that a lot of people are leaving tier 1 cities, i.e. where they were based because of their job, to seize new (remote) opportunities and improve their lifestyle is somehow obvious to me.?
Technology and the digital world make location increasingly less important!
But along with this shift, the questions arise:

3) New Product, New Website, New Branding. Challenge accepted! ???

With the power of no-code, an amazing tech team, dedication time and hard work, we have finally pulled it off and I, as a non-technical founder, could not be more excited to announce:?We have built our own #SaaS solution! ??
If you are a founder yourself or work in Sales, you know how time-consuming it can be for your team to research prospects and try to identify the right decision-maker at a company. Moreover, when you buy lists from B2B database providers, the quality is oftentimes really bad (emails bounce, employees no longer work there or the formatting is off). Also, most companies we have spoken to lately need to operate between 3+ systems and switch between different tools in order to run campaigns, engage with their audience and build out a properly qualified pipeline.?
Lastly, the whole topic of video & personalisation is here to stay. Yes, finally, in 2022, everyone has realised that. More & more companies in the B2B space want to be more creative and use videos when reaching out to their ideal customer persona to boost their response rates. According to HubSpot, 92% of marketers say that video has been an integral part of their growth strategy since 2020. It has grown from 78% in 2015, showing that the importance of video is only increasing. As per Vidyard, 75% of top sales professionals claim that video increases their response rates significantly. Moreover, sales emails with video are also 8x more likely to be opened and 3x more likely to garner engagement.
Emails should be fun, interactive and human!
