QUICK STORY OF MY PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY INTO HEALTHCARE WITH GREAT LEARNING......
“ All things ( SALES )that are Great are Hard to GET ”
It was the day of winter 20th January , 2015 , When I was struggling for a Job in my respective Medical field and on the same day I got a call from a company known as VARDHAMAN MEDICARE PVT. LTD. they called me for the interview , I faced the interview and I got selected and Joined that company as an SALES AND SERVICE ENGINEER and in the Span of 6 Months , I did SALES more than SERVICE ( it was like 90% SALES and 10% SERVICE ) and in that 6 Months I did the work which I never wanted to do because I was conditioned not to become a sales man and that JOB gave me the feeling of SALES MAN when I used to stand in the queue with MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE , seriously it was very hard to do that JOB because all the time I had to wait for the doctors for hours which was actually not tolerable and I quit within 6 Months by saying that Sales is not for me , that is a different thing that even though that I did not like that JOB , I gave them a good business.

Then here on 2nd September, 2015 in INSTROMEDIX INDIA PVT. LTD. I am being appointed as a Jr. SERVICE ENGINEER with less salary than the previous company but I felt this is what I was looking for and despite this thing that I was getting less salary , I loved to do that work, I traveled different different places meet new people , It was like life was amazing , when i was doing the thing I love I was doing that with more interest and business was like BY PRODUCT , business was coming , now it had been one and a half year everything was going smooth , I was getting good incentives and annually increment.
One day when I was on a service call of Ventilator , I talked to My self .
" VISHAL what are you doing , it’s OKAY that you are happy but you are doing the same thing all day long , taking out tool kit , Opening the Ventilator , Replacing the Cards ( Bread Board)"
Are you seriously learning something which actually makes you a respectful personality in front of your Customer ?" and the answer was No " , then I started learning about the things in more depth (Clinically) and let me tell you that I do not believe in passion or something ,but I believe in doing the things Passionately.
I found that I am learning about the things in very good manner but I did not have the right platform to showcase my skill , although I promoted as a SERVICE ENGINEER from Jr. Service Engineer but still everyone wants to hear Clinical thing from APPLICATION ENGINEER ONLY , No one was ready to give value to a Service Engineer’s thoughts as compare to APPLICATION ENGINEER , then from here another thought thrived in mind to becoming an APPLICATION ENGINEER and after completing 2 Years with the INSTROMEDIX INDIA PVT. LTD. I quit that Job as a SERVICE ENGINEER on 2nd September, 2017 .
On 4th September ,2017 I Joined SCHILLER HEALTHCARE INDIA PVT. LTD. as an APPLICATION SALES SPECIALIST , I have learnt a lot of things here in the span of 3 years with this company and will share you soon on right time.
