This week's Success Simplified post is an estimated 3-minute read.
Dear Success Simplified Community,
I know you were probably expecting a typical article from me this week, but this week's post will be different from those before.
In fact, I hesitate to call this an article; it is intended to be a personal letter to you.
About a month and a half ago, I started this LinkedIn Newsletter for a few different reasons:
Since our first article, our shared community has grown from 0 to 750+ subscribers.
That's 750+ professionals in a variety of professions (Dental, ABA, HR, IT, Marketing, etc.) who have chosen to spend 5-7 minutes of their Wednesday reading, discussing, and sharing what Success Simplified is all about: Personal Development, Vulnerability, and Balance.
While I am incredibly thankful for the rapid growth in readership, Success Simplified isn't about mere viewership or virality for me.
Every week, I take time to contemplate our community and what you may want to hear from me next. As I conduct research and continue to learn, I consider you and immediately start brainstorming how I can effectively share what I've learned.
Success Simplified has become a constant in my life, and my hope is that it becomes the same for you. This community belongs to all of us.
I started this journey with an article titled "How I Got Here & Where We're Heading” that discussed the initial direction of the blog.?
Similarly, I would like to check in with you briefly to ensure that the direction and content we've shared so far align with what you'd like to see from Success Simplified.
I value your feedback and genuinely appreciate it when you message me to share which aspects of the articles resonated with you and which didn't.

That being said, I have a few questions for you, my friends. I hope you'll feel comfortable enough to comment, direct message, or share your responses with me.
?? Are there any specific questions or burning issues related to success, balance, or life in general that you'd like me to address in future blog posts?
?? Would you prefer to see more practical tips and strategies, personal anecdotes, or a combination of both in the blog posts?
?? Are there any specific guest experts or success stories you would like me to feature in future posts?
?? How frequently would you like to receive new content? Should I aim for weekly, biweekly, or monthly blog updates?
If I don't hear from you, I may reach out via direct message to request your feedback and responses to the above questions.
If you have the time to respond – amazing! If not, I understand, and I look forward to connecting with you next Wednesday.?
Success Simplified Community, I am tremendously grateful for you.
Thank you for being here. Your readership is a gift.
I'm eager to hear from you and pick up where we left off next Wednesday!

1 年To answer two of your questions: ?? Would you prefer to see more practical tips and strategies, personal anecdotes, or a combination of both in the blog posts? Both please!! ?? How frequently would you like to receive new content? Should I aim for weekly, biweekly, or monthly blog updates? I enjoy the weekly updates because it is a bit size of information! Hope this helps! 1 年I look forward to reading Success Simplified each week, and I think you are doing a great job. My personal struggle, right now, is trying to find that work/life balance. I started to write more, but it was becoming long winded, so I am going to send it to you in a message rather than taking up so much space on your blog

1 年The question that stuck out to me the most was "Are there any specific guest experts or success stories you would like me to feature in future posts?" I love the idea of hearing a success story a week. As you mentioned, this community will be quite diverse so having different perspectives on success helps me to keep my perspectives in check. Success doesn't always have to mean a big promotion or giving a huge presentation to a group of people with important titles. A success can be as simple as helping a coworker through a difficult day, or situation. Sometimes success can just be making it through the day without having a mental breakdown. This helps to serve as a reminder to myself to celebrate the little things and the "big" successes will also come. Thanks Jules!
