Last week, Quorum held one of our quarterly “Invest In Yourself” days. During these days, Quorum team members are invited to participate in a series of personal development sessions — or use the time however they think would be most beneficial.

One session discussed Simon Sinek’s now-classic, Start With Why. Sinek’s primary message is that your ability to inspire others is founded in your ability to articulate why you exist. In other words, telling people what you do isn’t inspiring, but when you explain why, you can move mountains.
