Who are we?
We are the first gamified academy offering pre-job communication training that integrates language, soft skills, and intercultural communication to help learners unlock their potential. We also assist companies with various HR functions, allowing them to focus more on their core business.
Our Journey:
Six years ago, we revolutionized language learning and on-the-job training with innovative approaches in partnership with Teleperformance. Our success is reflected in the achievements of our graduates and the adoption of our practices by other academies.
In 2021, we rebranded as Guide Academy to expand our recruitment services to global partners beyond Teleperformance, including Sutherland, Intelcia, Concentrix, IntouchCX, and Transcom.
2022 Achievements:?
In partnership with ITIDA and the Ministry of Communication & Information Technology, we offered scholarships to over 2,000 senior-year students and recent graduates, enhancing their language and soft skills for the job market.
