A Quick May Market Update

It’s been a while since I made one of these blogs, so I wanted to give you a quick market update. Our inventory is still incredibly low, with less than a month’s worth of homes on the market. However, that’s not because we aren’t getting any new listings. Homes are just going under contract as soon as they hit the market. To hear more about our local market, watch this short video.
