A quick look back at 2021 before starting a Bright New Year

Happy New Year everybody! We are stepping into a new year and are looking full of hope for what the future holds. But before that, we want to take a short moment to look back at 2021 and express our gratitude for everything and everyone who stood beside us.?

It would only be fair to start with a huge thank you to each and every one of our growing team: Bogdan, Andrei, Adrian, Oana, Georgiana, Ioana, Eugen, George, Petrica, Anamaria, Gabriel, Claudiu, Alex, Anne, Iriam, Carmen, Catalin, Alexandra, Bianca, Calin, Nectaria, Alexandru, Florin and Alex.

Our team grew 4 times in size since May 2020. We expect to follow the same trend and to continue bringing new people constantly, from all over the world.?

Next, of course, we have to thank our clients, investors, and mentors. In 2021, we launched new digital showcasing and leasing platforms for existing and new clients.?

Our portfolio now includes Skanska Romania (Equilibrium 1 and 2), One United Properties (One Tower, One Cotroceni Park, One Herastrau Office), Impact Hub Bucharest (Impact Hub Floreasca), Vox Technology Park, Forte Partners (Millo Offices, Tandem ?i U Center 1), Moorland Property Solutions Ltd. (Brickfield Business Centre) and a few other partners we will publicly announce soon!

2021 marked the year of our consecutive investment round, of 1,5 million EUR, backed by VCs and investors we couldn’t be prouder to have by our side: Pi Labs, Axeleo Capital, Sparking Capital, Growceanu Angel Investments, and a group of experienced tech and real estate professionals.

Given that our company grows, so does our impact. And while we have performant technology at our core, we also know social and environmental responsibility are vital for any company that wants to scale sustainably. So starting with 2021, we began a complex process of shaping our culture and defining what steps we should undertake in order to give a good example of how a startup should act. More on that, soon.?

We’re also very proud and honored to have grown our content platform, Bright Insights, with a number of 14 interviews and 10 articles. We’ve talked with inspiring professionals who shared their experiences and perspectives over the future. The year that has just passed was challenging but amazing. Bright Spaces grew and proved its potential to become an international company. In 2022, we follow our goal of digitalizing the real estate industry because we believe that only through technology can this industry thrive.?

And when we talk about the industry, we’re actually talking about the great people working to provide seamless experiences for their customers. For them, we want to make it as easy, intuitive, captivating as possible to do their work - and this means that we’ll go to great lengths, constantly improving our product and taking advantage of untapped opportunities! Looking forward to 2022, it will be incredible!
