Most of my MSME connects share a common concern on how overwhelming and complex it is to bring digital transformation to the organization. I have some inputs to make it easy and effective. Most MSMEs take on digital transformation as it comes. It is not the right approach. It requires a strategic approach, strong leadership, and a clear vision for digital transformation. It's essential to involve stakeholders across the organization, collaborate with experts or consultants, and continuously evaluate and adapt the transformation strategy based on feedback and evolving market trends. By acknowledging and addressing these challenges, MSME owners can navigate the complexities of digital transformation and unlock its potential benefits for their organizations.

Another problem is from the service providers' side who serve organizations to achieve their digital transformation goals. They make a common mistake. They treat MSMEs and Startups similarly because of the size and scale of digital transformation.

With respect to Digital transformation, it needs an entirely different approach.
