If anyone tries to sell you a book, program or philosophy that claims to have a one size fixes all solution to your problems, run away from them as fast as you can.
It seems as though people really go for this sort of thing, drawn in by smarmy marketing, only to be left with empty promises, disappointment and a sense of being hoodwinked. It may well have worked for the person selling it to you (for their exact circumstances) but it probably won't work for you, how can they possibly know you well enough to know what you need. I know all about this because I did 100's & 100's of them many years ago, and I worked very hard to make them work, yet they didn't work and never could have worked for my exact circumstances.
Clients biggest breakthroughs always come from something entirely unrelated to the problem they came to me to solve.
I get the temptation to want a fast solution if you're currently challenged by something, but how long did these problems take to develop and how willing are you to change in an instant? Probably long time, and probably not very willing.
Instant fixes rarely work in the real world, as you're a unique person and life is complex with many moving parts. If they do happen to work, they probably won't stick longterm, thus making them pointless and a waste of your valuable time.
It's better to do it right and take longer doing it, than to keep trying every fad and being busy, busy, busy getting nowhere.
Quick and easy is rarely quick nor easy.
If you've been struggling for many years, it may take a little while to incrementally improve your life in a way that has a solid and satisfying permanency to it.
My hope is that you find the path to your ideal life and take that first brave step.
Aaron. :-)
