QUICK DETERMINATION OF THE PURPOSE OF THE TOGETHERNESS IN WHICH YOU ACT
The purpose of being in togetherness (group, organisation, or community) is to achieve goals according to your interest and needs in consent with others in the togetherness (win-win state).
Check with five (5) key elements whether the togetherness in which you are acting is purposeful (does it make sense):
1. Are there written togetherness goals that are measurable and time-defined when they need to be achieved. Keyword: Goals
2. Is the way of action in togetherness defined and written down to achieve the goals in the togetherness optimally? Keywords: Predefined way of action
3. Can you suggest better solutions than the current ones, and will they be objectively evaluated according to predefined standards? Keywords: Objective evaluation of proposals for better solutions
4. Can you progress in the hierarchy of togetherness according to your actual competencies (knowledge, skills, and behaviours)? Keywords: Progress towards real competencies

5. Is there a transparent and up-to-date system of implementation control of the necessary activities in the togetherness where it is visible to everyone who creates negative conditions, who improves the togetherness and which achievements have been realised? Keywords: Transparent control over the implementation of necessary activities
CALL TO ACTION
For each "NO" answer, suggest in writing the necessary activities with deadlines for implementation that will result in "YES" answers.
If your suggestions for togetherness advancement are not accepted, leave the community immediately.
Such togetherness sets you back, makes you dissatisfied, and offers you no perspective.
If you think you deserve better - leave such (not good) togetherness in a hurry.
