Kiosk Management

This module will be capable of managing Kiosk for walking customers and generate a token based on the permit category and appointment number.

Permit Application Management

Accept all the relevant information and enter or update to the system. Token value will be used to trace the customer. Automatically generated SMS will be sent to customer to inform application has submitted.

Documents and Application Verification

This is the documents and information verification process. Officer can update the system by recommending or rejecting the application. Automatically generated SMS will be sent to the applicant to inform the application status.

Permit Approval

Permit approval management. This feature is enabled only for the higher level officer and automatically generated SMS will be sent to the applicant to inform the application status.

Automatic Renewal or Rejection Management

The system is capable of automatically send notifications for the permit renewals and also cancelation of the permit after the period or any violations of the regulations.

Process and Flow Management

Workflow Management using comprehensive web based interfaces. The workflows can be forwarded to individuals, teams, departments or to all for approval and actions.

Inter Department Communication

This module allows the users and content to be divided into departments and allows separation of content accordingly. This will enable features such as inter department chatting, information sharing, contact list, etc.

Privilege Management

This module allows the users to log into the system with individual passwords and manage their own work.

Report Generation

Basic and MIS reports can be generated by the relevant officer.
