What are you asking your self?
In our journeys of change, improvement and coming to fullness in our lives, questions are far more important than answers. In fact, we grow as a result of what we inspect.
For this reason, I am starting a new series, today: Questions For You. I publish one question, every Thursday.
For this reason, I thought I’d keep it simple today: What are you asking yourself?
If we grow as a result of what we inspect, then what you inspect in and of yourself is what seeds your future growth. So, what are you asking yourself?
Are you asking yourself, “What am I doing wrong?”, or “What could I be doing better?” Are you asking yourself what you want, or what you can give?
And when you find yourself in a tough spot, are you asking yourself “How do I get out of here?”, or are you asking yourself “What do I want to go to, next?”
Or when you find yourself facing a tough decision between going for a run and watching one more episode of that series, are you asking yourself “What do I want to do right now?” or, “What do I want to feel about today, when I look back at it tomorrow?”
So, what are you asking yourself?
See you next week!
