·        Are IKON products made in the UK? IKON extrudes all profile in the UK, fabricates in the UK, coats in the UK and sources all its supply chain materials in the UK.

·        Can I buy IKON products made by another fabricator? No, the IKON IKL system is designed, extruded and fabricated in Birmingham by IKON.   

·        Can we have products coated in any colour? IKON has access to thousands of colours and textures across the full range of products, all coated in the Midland’s.

·        Where can we obtain a high security louvre door and side screens? IKON make the IKL50S security door system fitted with steel bars and tested to PAS 24;2012. In addition to the 50S door, IKON also supply side screens, top lights and stand alone security louvres.

·        What size product can be designed and built? Size is only restricted by one’s imagination and logistics; IKON have made products from around 65mm in height to over 50 meters tall.

·        How long does it take to get a louvre? Every single product IKON make is unique to our customers requirements, IKON can produce most louvre products in around 1 to 2 weeks from order.

·        Can IKON provide barrier louvres? IKON have tested a range of barrier louvres to BS EN 13049:2003 achieving Class 5: - 33mm, 50mm and 60mm pitch system covering glazed-in, face fix and bespoke design scenarios.

·        How many products does IKON make in a month? Across the range of louvres, plenums, pressings, panels and doors, IKON supplies around 2,500 to 3,000 products a month into the UK fenestration market.
