5. Ask Keita:
Q: Greetings Keita! I feel like I have stumbling through trying to scale my business. I have invested in a number of coaching programs and marketing campaigns that only leave me in the same spot or worse off. I am at my wits’ end. What do you think I should do next?
?A: I want you to know you are not alone. I sadly have experienced some of those same missteps. Here’s what I recommend. First, forgive yourself for the things that haven’t worked. Let go of that frustration and loss.
Return to the business fundamentals. Focus on stability first, then revisit scaling. ?It may take a few months, but you will find clarity and rhythm. ?Reach out if you need help getting back on track.
I hope you enjoyed your 5-minute break today. If you want to develop your strategy for the year, I would like to invite you to have a call with me.
Let's get after it!
