Questions that will help your business...
Today I wanted to share a friend's thoughts... a list of 10 questions that you can ask yourself. The answers (if you are honest) can point you to the strengths and weaknesses of your business... and help you grow in the years to come.
- Do you have an automated and effective method to stay in touch with your past clients, sphere of influence and prospects?
- What do your clients say about you when people ask them about you, your products and services and would they recommend you?
- Do you have a system to ask your clients and sphere for referrals?
- What do you offer that your competitors do not? What do they offer that you do not?
- Are you hitting your goals for this year and for your long term growth?
- Do you have the right people around you... vendors, staff, support etc?
- Is your technology current and effective (it should make your job easier)?
- Are you active and successful on social media?
- Are there areas that you know you need to improve in? Are you actively working to improve them?
- Do you have a professional coach, mentor, trainer... in short are you coachable and being coached?
I think these are great questions that we all should ask ourselves. The answers certainly will help our businesses grow.
