Questions from one of my Level 2 AMP Mentee (Who is aspiring to become an Enterprise Agile Coach)

Queries or doubts from one of my Level 2 AMP mentee who is aspiring for an Enterprise Agile Coach role. I got into a mentoring session with that mentee and cleared all his doubts with real-time templates and real-time examples from my previous agile transformation engagements.

These questions are formulated by my mentee after he went through the L2 AMP complete recordings pack & real-time templates of the same. I copy-pasted it "as it is" from his email to me, of-course with his consent. The name of the recording is mentioned as "Topic" in the below lines of this article.

Q. For Business Agility 5 points (Technology,Org Design,People,Leadership,Culture), How to create customised Business Agility Questioner, Need more guidance on same, Also I would like to work on Assignment so my concept will get clear ?

Q. Need Assignment on Strategic refactoring to get practical hands-on.

Q. Goal-? OKR - > KRA->KPI . Give Example of this to connect more to this concept.

Topic - Executive Guide to do Large scale Agile Transformation ( 2000+ People)

Q. What is Requirements Clarity Index

Q. What is Requirements sustainability index / Requirements predictability index

Q. What is Requirements volatility index

Q. Leading vs. Lagging Indicators , Why the difference needs to be check?

Topic - "Executive_Guide doc file" - Need some assignment from implementation point of view. While implementing this Ask for basecamp model to implement.

Topic - Creating Strategic Roadmap

Q. "Pair programming Case study.xls" - In this file while creating case study you have created color blocks in each sprint Color boxes are based on 5 dimensions eg. (Technology,Organizational Design,People,Leadership,Culture). You have easily create this box content, I am not able to think like you, What should be thinking strategy while creating the same?

Q. Can you provide one more case study for me so based on above question's answer i will come to your level of thinking.

Q. Not received this chapter step by step from Balaji. Its more about process discussion with earlier mentee.

eg. Drawing end to end VSM and then Planning to reduce the gaps, reduce cycle time , Lead time and increase throughput.

Q. Can i get the slide (SPECS) - As not able to take screen shot , Image is too small to see in mobile ( slide 7)
