The Questions that Drive Us

??I empower introvert professionals to own their quiet strength, get across, get along, and get ahead in an ever louder world.??
You're probably flooded with information all over the place - posts, reels, articles, videos, and podcasts. So why should you care about yet ?????????????? newsletter?
Simple -> this actually cuts through the buzz, noise, and hype of everyday online grind, and helps you focus on what matters most ???? ?????? - at work, and beyond.
Others might swamp you with stodgy ??????????????. Instead, I'm giving you a ?????????? ?????????????????? to hone your focus, and drill down to the simplest, most effective actions you can take ?????????? ?????? in the right direction.
I can't say ???????? that is for you off the bat. But I do know ?????? you can figure it out for yourself, and I'm happy to share it.
After all, my mission includes empowering introverts, the people who usually keep to themselves, to own their quiet strength and make waves in an ever louder world.
I should know, because I'm one of them.?? Although you might not tell, since I'm probably the most talkative introvert who's going to change your mind.
And it's taken me a whole lifetime to own up to it not as a character ??????, but a ??????????????, then trip over and bump my head against countless thresholds figuring out how to harness it - so that ?????? don't have to.
I've come to appreciate that we have so many thoughtful resources and solutions that we concoct in our long moments of stillness, which the world would highly benefit from.
So let's pool our minds, flesh them out, and make it all happen!

Every week, I'll be sharing ?????????? ?????????????????? that draw your thinking up, down, sideways, and all the way around the complex challenges the world throws at us.
They might shock, surprise, even outrage you through & through. And that's the whole point. You can't break through a problem from the same level of thinking that created it in the first place.??
Today, I want to share a very straightforward and powerful insight that I gained from my mentor, David Shephard.
It's about "to be," "to do," and "to have," these three vectors (you could call them) that structure how we carry ourselves in the world (and what we get done - or, often enough, don't).
In order to ???????? what you want to have, you need to ???? what needs doing for it - the requisite, appropriate behaviours. And in order to ???? all that, you need to wholeheartedly ???? the kind of person who can ???? it. So, ...
1. What is it that you want to ???????? (i.e. concrete results/outcomes)? 2. What do you need to ???? in order to achieve it? 3. Who do you need to ???? in order to carry it all out?
And, BONUS question -> What (do you believe) is stopping you?
Let me know in the comments what insights you've gained and what further questions it's all brought up. And join me for a further mindful stretch next week!
