Questions to Ask Your Regulatory Staff/Consultant - Personal Care Products in Hotels

In my experience, most companies want to comply with the proper regulations. However, they do not always know the right questions to ask their staff or consultant to ensure they are covering all bases. This post will explore some ongoing regulatory topics, as well as some current hot topics.

Topic of the week: New California Regulation for Personal Care Products in Hotels, Apartments, B&Bs, etc.

Question: What is this new regulation, and how will affect my business if I provide personal care products to hotels and similar living establishments?

This new regulation largely affects the individual use containers of shampoo, etc. that hotels often provide to their clients in their bathroom. California has now banned these, and thus hotels and cosmetic manufacturers need to rethink the types and forms of product they offer in their hotels. Compliancy dates vary depend upon the size of the hotel/living establishment.
