In my experience, most companies want to comply with the proper regulations. However, they do not always know the right questions to ask their staff or consultant to ensure they are covering all bases. This post will explore some ongoing regulatory topics, as well as some current hot topics.

      Topic of the week: The Natural Cosmetics Act

      Question:What is the Natural Cosmetics Act and how does it apply to my natural products and natural product claims?

This is a Bill that is being put forward but has not been passed yet. Currently the definition of Natural is more of a grey area, but this bill seeks to more clearly define the meaning. Even if it doesn’t pass, it is possible that we could something like this come back up again in the future, thus it is good to understand the current proposed act and how it would affect products on the marketplace.
