Question - How much should I charge for a landing page design?

I believe the price you should charge for a landing page design - or any other professional B2B service - has nothing whatever to do with “design, page length, content types and web page types”.

You need to talk to your client and get them to tell you what they want that landing page to achieve for them, and what that result will mean to them in terms of increased gross profit, and any other value, over time.

They may well not have had to think in this way before so you’ll have to gently help them think, but they must still tell you the answers. ?They may well not have thought of all the knock-on effects of having these results available to them so you’ll have to help them think about all of those too.

Eventually you will be sure they’ve told you all there is to know about what they want to achieve, what might get in the way of achieving it, and what is their perception of the value they will derive.

Simultaneously you will have been estimating what it will cost you to deliver that result.?You can then price your offer at a point between perceived value and cost of delivery; a point where you will both derive a similar Return on Investment ratio.
