"What do I most need to know right now?"
? This question helps me every time. I very often use it when I sit down to work or when I feeling flat. It's one of my go-to journaling questions. ?
I actually write out the question - often in a new Word document - and then I wait for the answer. Sometimes it feels like I am asking a higher power, sometimes it feels like I am asking the wisest part of me.
Either way the answer usually comes quickly and in a much clearer and profound way than when I just think.
???? Try it right now for yourself - it takes less than one minute.
Comment and tell me how it worked for you. I would love to know.
And of course, now is a great time to breathe,
Noomi
