QUESTION ABOUT FBI FINANCES

I've got a question about how the FBI figures expenses for its capers. Given the FBI's incessant targeting/surveillance/harassment?of me for about a decade, I estimate the FBI has spent some $80 million on this, possibly as much as $100 million. The reason I'm trying to get some estimate on what the FBI has expended on this operation is to let Musk's DOGE know that this FBI activity centered in Connecticut but involving FBI elements in New York City and Washington, D. C. also is one other example of incredible government waste and fraudulent expenditure that DOGE might want to look into.

My question is, Does the FBI include costs for bribes, drugs, alcohol, TVs, and other things it gives to confidential informants, witnesses, investigators, and other individuals it works?in its?accounting of its expenditures?

I know the figure of some $80-$100 million sounds high, almost unbelievable. I had never given much thought to what the FBI was spending on its fraudulent, malicious, comical in ways targeting-harassment of me until one day I heard a news report that the British government had spent some 16 million pounds on surveilling Julian Assange when he was in the Ecuadorean?embassy in London.?

When you think that British government spent 16 million pounds on surveilling Assange who was one individual in one location for seven years and that by comparison, I was an individual who moved around a lot mostly going to estate sales throughout Fairfield and Westchester counties, making use of different area libraries, doing errands such as shopping, and taking walks in the Black Rock, Bridgeport, neighborhood where I had an apartment, a considerable multiple of what the surveillance of Assange cost does not seem unfounded. And for example, lots of times, I wouldn't know just where I would be going when I was out. After a stop at my post office box at the Southport post office, I might go to any one of three or four libraries depending on if I wanted a short ride in the country or didn't want to spend the time for this. Lots of times, no matter what places I stopped at using different routes I might take, I would run into what was obviously FBI surveillance made evident to me by, for example, passing by a car with its driver's door left open, but no one emerging, or some individual I had see before standing anomalously by the entrance to a grocery where I could not miss seeing?him as I went in.

There were also many incidents where the FBI signaled to me that it was monitoring all my phone and computer use. The FBI signaled me by a couple of individuals coming close to me, and one of them repeating a word or phrase I had used in recent emails; or evidencing to me that they knew about a recent search I had made on my computer, such as when I searched?if a grocery store I was going to had a certain brand of olive oil, and when I got to the store and looked for the brand, there was a women -- no doubt an FBI agent or accomplice -- standing at the spot where the brand was on the shelf, staring at the bottles for an inordinate time, and then moving off without taking any bottle to purchase.

All of this surveillance takes money. As you see, any day or phase of my movement often took several agents or accomplices for the blanket surveillance-harassment the FBI engaged in given the time of my outings, different routes I might take, and number of places I'd stop at. This doesn't count the time and personnel put into monitoring my emails and computer activity every day for years (and continuing) from about eight in the morning until seven or so in the evening. Over the years as evident to me, the FBI enlisted librarians, shop clerks and managers, police officers, and tween-age girls and adolescent boys to participate in the surveillance and at times to create incidents of harassment such as annoying me by pointing cameras at me when I was sitting in a library or with the tween-age girls, trying?to entrap me into the appearance of some inappropriate remark or movement which could then be used to accuse me of some sex crime.

The funny thing about this FBI surveillance-harassment is that the FBI knows for certain I'm innocent of any crime -- I'm basically a law-and-order person -- and that the point, the perverse point, of it is retaliation against me for exposing crimes and corruption of individuals and organizations associated with the Democratic Party in Connecticut the FBI has affinities with to and intimidate me to stop my investigations and related social media postings exposing the crimes and corruption.

If you have an estimate of what this FBI surveillance-harassment I've described would cost, please let me know so I can use it in my contact with DOGE shortly. As I mentioned at the start, I'm interested especially if the FBI counts expenses such as drugs and alcohol given to informants and others in its accounting of expenses for its operations. It would budget for these in its requests for funds from legislators.

I see the FBI surveillance-harassment operation of me as a mind-boggling waste of taxpayer-citizen money -- one of the many frauds the FBI perpetrates on the public.
