The question is not if the Embassy for Extraterrestrials will be built, but when!

In fact, almost every week there are extraordinary revelations regarding exoplanets, unidentified flying objects (UFO) and extraterrestrial life. Recent news includes official 2004 video of UFOs taken by US Navy pilots from the USS Nimitz, a Chinese sponsored international “ Five Continents Alliance Forum” to address UFOs and related issues and, as of 30 January 2020, there were 4,116 confirmed exoplanets, with data on thousands more waiting to be confirmed. The effect on the community is that now

“More than one in two people in the UK, Germany and the US believe there is intelligent life out there in the universe ”. and “ Among those who believe we are not alone in the universe, 60 percent said we should try to seek contact with alien civilizations”.

Also, US astronaut L. Gordon Cooper Jr. (1927 – 2004), a veteran of both Mercury and Gemini space missions, might have been ahead of his time when he said “ I believe that these extra-terrestrial vehicles and their crews are visiting this planet from other planets, ... I feel that we need to have a top level, coordinated program to scientifically collect and analyse data from all over earth concerning any type of encounter, and to determine how best to interface with these visitors in a friendly fashion ” (1). Now a majority of educated people agree with him.

We believe that extraordinary times create extraordinary opportunities. In this case, an Embassy for Extraterrestrials! They need an embassy so as to be able to meet with mankind officially and peacefully. We plan to build an embassy that will be neither a princely palace nor a cathedral, but rather a beautiful building possessing the comforts to which anyone today is entitled, and with the diplomatic immunity that even the smallest state has for its embassy.

TIMELINE & PRELIMINARY PLAN OF ACTIONS

Here are, in a nut shell, the different stages that will lead to the construction of the Embassy for Extraterrestrials.

2019 - 2022 - Diplomatic initiative

? Adoption of the protocol on Diplomatic Relations with an E.T. Civilization ? Find a country ready to host and organize an international conference to discuss the Optional Protocol Concerning Embassies for Extraterrestrials.

2022 - 2025 - Site location analysis

? Identify suitable sites for the ET Embassy Project in countries that have signed the E.T. Embassy Protocol and with which we have developed a good working relationship.

2025 - 2027 - Site acquisition

? The preferred site identified, acquired and transferred to the International Ra?lian Movement, along with an agreement as to major off-site infrastructure.

? Finalize the legal aspects of the ET Embassy Project.

2027 - 2030 - Planning and implementation

? Master planning, architectural and engineering design, approvals, contracts & commissioning

? Construction of the ET Embassy complex, including a half-size model of the Embassy that will be open to the public.

From 2030 the embassy will operate in caretaker mode, awaiting the arrival of the Extraterrestrial delegation. 

Constructing an embassy to welcome scientists from another planet will be a milestone event, a first-ever undertaking with staggering implications for the future of humanity. Apart from being the headquarters of diplomatic contacts between the extraterrestrials and Earth’s governments, the embassy project will become an exceptional and unique tourist attraction for everyone.  

IMPORTANT NOTE : The following phases are approximations in terms of the main steps to be taken and the suggested time frame for each of them, up until the arrival of an official diplomatic delegation from an extraterrestrial civilization.
