Unshackle your inner power, redefine fear, and step into the freedom that’s been waiting for you.
Greetings!
The weather is beautiful here in San Diego, and I’m grateful for the simple joys of life. I appreciate having you in my world. Thank you!
In this newsletter, we will discuss a sensitive topic that may be uncomfortable for some readers. I want to emphasize that Breakfear Find Freedom is a safe space for open and honest dialogue. It’s a platform where we can explore our fears and challenges, and support each other without judgment.
Cultural beliefs and stereotypes have a significant impact on our lives, including our personal relationships and the way we see our futures. It’s true that society often puts pressure on individuals to conform to certain expectations, such as getting married at a certain age or having a traditional family structure.
However, it’s important to remember that these cultural norms and expectations are not the only way to live our lives. Each person is unique and has their own individual path and desires. It’s okay to deviate from what society tells us we should do and instead pursue our own dreams and aspirations.
To have a fulfilling relationship is a wonderful thing, and we recognize that it can come in many forms. Whether it’s a traditional marriage or a non-traditional partnership, what matters most is that both individuals feel loved, respected, and supported by one another.
A reminder to believe in ourselves and our ability to manifest our dreams and desires. It is with perseverance and a positive attitude, we break down the walls that hold us back and create the life we truly want.
In the words of Goethe, “As soon as you trust yourself, You will know how to live.”
This week’s?BreakFear Find Freedom podcast? episode is about personal growth in a roundabout way. Andrea thought she was happily married until she realized that what she saw was not the full picture, and she recognized that her marriage wasn’t what she truly wanted. Life has its own mysterious way of making you aware of a sign, which may be from The Universe or God, depending on what you believe in. It can take a while before we take these signs seriously and realize it's time to change the journey, either to come together or go our separate ways.
The signs in life?are fascinating and often lead us to the answers we’ve been seeking. They can point us in the direction of someone special or a path that we’re meant to take. Sometimes, we may initially misread the signs, but in the end, they always seem to guide us where we’re meant to go. It’s a beautiful reminder that the universe is constantly sending us messages, and if we’re open to receiving them, we can find clarity and purpose in our lives. Stay tuned for our upcoming second part of the newsletter, where we’ll dive deeper into the Message In The Clouds and the power of these signs.
For Andrea, a book fell into her lap, so to speak, and it pointed her in another direction. It was here where she learned about herself and grew out of the marriage, so to speak, which happens when one partner grows and the other stays the same. The disconnect leads to separation, Andrea’s husband left her, and she was alone. In time, she began her journey, leading to many adventures and synchronicities.
This is the first part of our conversation, and it’s an intriguing one where Andrea challenged the limiting beliefs around?body shaming, sensuality, women,?and sex, and the societal norms that keep people from breaking free unless they question them. Andrea’s journey of self-discovery is a reminder of how many of us live our lives without questioning these norms. It’s important to acknowledge that each person has their own path, and there is no judgment here.
Andrea’s questions guided her down a path where she changed the entire trajectory of her life.?Watch this now ?and let me know your thoughts.?
Thank you for being here, and I’ll see you in a few days for our second part of the newsletter with the Message In The Clouds.?
If you love this, please share it with your tribes, and let’s enjoy our time together.?
Many blessings
Carina
