Queensland Property Searches Up More Than 60%

Proof that buyers continue to flock to Queensland has been confirmed this week by a report from realestate.com.au which shows that searches are up by more than 60% on the same time last year. Eleven of the top 20 most searched suburbs last year were on the Gold Coast, while six were in Brisbane and three were on the Sunshine Coast, according to realestate.com.au.

Auction Events

Our auction wrap nationally shows that last week our members cleared 82 per cent of all stock nationally in Australia, and we had more than six registered bidders per property. 

Some 88 per cent of all auction campaigns had active bidding on the day last week. 

Our vendors who proceeded to take their property to sell under the hammer were rewarded with a sale price 12.3 per cent higher than the best offer prior last week.

Our Easter Auctions to take place on Monday 29th March with each event to take place at The Calile Hotel.
