Qubstudio Year Results

2022 is officially coming to an end! ?? It was a year full of challenges, but still, we are proud to take stock. After all, we continued to grow and develop to the fullest. For Qubstudio, 2022 was all about:

People

We successfully expanded the team, despite the circumstances. Fifteen incredible professionals joined us! And among them is a certified UX specialist by Nielsen Norman Group, Oleksandr Valius , who took a position as the Head of Product Design.

We are happy that we could help our team members relocate to Europe, so now Qubstudio representatives work from the United Kingdom, Poland, Slovenia, Ireland, the Czech Republic, and Spain. We also provided safe and comfortable working conditions during the war for the part of the team that remained in Ukraine.?

What we want to mention too is investing in education. Two UX/UI programs were launched at the Lviv Polytechnic National University and the Lviv National Academy of Arts.

Connections

Our team representatives attended several events in the United Kingdom, Poland, Finland, Germany, and Portugal. Among them are the Red Dot Gala, Slush, Web Summit, and Product Camp.?

It is worth noting that we also held several events in 2022:? two workshops "How to Grow Your Digital Product With Data-Driven Prioritization" in Warsaw and then online, as well as lecture "How to Handle Usability Testing" in Krakow.?

Our New Year's resolutions are already written into OKRs for the coming year. So see you in 2023! ??
