Recently, Quartz Enterprises held a “Meet the Leaders” meeting hosted by the organisation's leaders, including CEO Jack Graham, with all staff in attendance.?
At Meet the Leaders events, leaders engage with their?employees?to share their plans, answer questions, and listen to feedback and ideas. Attendees gain insights into the leader and their personal and professional story, build a network outside their regular work circle, and share their ideas with other departments.?
Event organiser Bejal Patel expressed their desire to create connections, noting that it was now more necessary than ever with remote and hybrid work schedules limiting in-person contact.?
Patel said, "We chose a Meet the Leaders event?as it offers an opportunity for?employees?from all levels in the company to create new and build on existing relationships. It?was a great opportunity to have everyone together in an informal setting over breakfast."

He continues, "We want our leaders and future leaders to understand and appreciate the human connections that make our company successful."?
