Quarterly Newsletter - October 2022

As we enter the last quarter of the year, we reflect on all that we have achieved as a team in Quarter 3. We kicked off the first NXT Summer Closingfest, which was a summer long competitive event amongst our team members. We hosted and attended a handful of engaging networking events that included our Bi-Annual Portraits and Pizza event, lunch and learns that introduced our Cash Offer program, and we ended the quarter at the biggest broker conference of the year AIME Fuse in Las Vegas.

The beginning of the quarter started off strong with our Summer Closingfest festivities that included weekly mini challenges and our first NXT Field Day event. To recap, the entire NXT team was divided equally into three teams where the team that closes the most loans by the end of the summer won it all. As the last few weeks of the Summer Closingfest dwindled down, Team Orange ended up taking home Gold with 1st place, trailing behind was Team Blue in 2nd place and in 3rd place was Team Green.

Along with events we also celebrated milestone awards this quarter. This past August NXT was announced that for the second year in a row we have been listed on the Inc. 5000 list of Fastest Growing Private Companies in the US by Inc. Magazine for 2022.

In September we hosted our Bi-Annual Portraits and Pizza event. We had the pleasure of having our network and realtor partners in house at NXT headquarters to get a professional headshot taken and an opportunity to connect amongst the team and each other!

Every quarter our Ops Team implements a Quarterly Training Program for the entire team to tune in every Tuesday at 9am that focuses on different key topics to tackle this industry. Alongside this training program, our Ops Team kicked off a Strategic Sessions Program where they dedicate time to have one-on-one sessions with each Loan Officer to establish their path to success. Josh R. , Shelly Foster , and Robert Gleinser are going all-in on helping our team find success in this challenging market.

Our team attended a few big networking events such as Next Level Live and Paws and Portraits in Dallas. We ended the quarter in Las Vegas where Tyler Hodgson kicked off the AIME Fuse conference co-leading the discussion on Why Brokers are Better on the main stage of day one.

As we enter the last quarter of 2022, we are excited to host our second Live panel production, the Innovated Investor Panel which will be broadcasted live on Facebook with top Mortgage Industry experts? Isaac Tauaefa , Tyler Hodgson ,? Trevor Reed , and? Eric D. Feldman, Esq. who share their insight on financing investment properties for buyers, realtors, and loan originators.?We are also hosting our First Fall Festival coming up on October 22nd from 12pm-3pm to show appreciation to our past/current clients and to support local charities that Progress Over Profits has contributed to!
