Quarter 3 TLE Company Updates

It’s been a busy few months at TLE, as we head into the fourth, and final quarter of 2023, we’d like to share some of the achievements and opportunities we’ve had in Quarter 3.

Mastering Specialist Lending - Our experts share their knowledge

After a successful series of one-to-one training sessions over Zoom, we decided to expand our offering to our partners, and any brokers looking to learn more about the industry.?

September saw the commencement of an exciting new offering from our department heads. Steve Nobbs and Paul Zammit have been busy with the first of our ‘Mastering Specialist Lending’ training sessions, where they’ve been sharing their invaluable insights with other brokers looking to expand their expertise.

The first few training sessions have been a success, with 60 brokers booking onto one of our first days. Paul commented,

‘It’s been a pleasure getting to talk about specialist lending with so many enthusiastic brokers. We’ve been talking to loads of new faces, hopefully imparting some of our years of industry knowledge on them.’

There’s still plenty of time to book onto a session, we will be running them all the way through into December.

Partner Updates

In July, we added Tuscan Capital to our lender panel. We now have complete access to Tuscan’s bridging products for our intermediaries and clients. We have also joined Legal & General Mortgage Club’s product sourcing platform, Ignite, as a packager partner. This opportunity will allow us to help more brokers and clients find the most suitable lending solutions.

Events

In July, Paul and Steve attended the Finance Advice Group Ltd conference in Derbyshire. Then, Steve attended the HLPartnership event in Leeds in September, where he got to chat with many of our peers about all things specialist lending.

A few weeks ago, our marketing manager Eleanor Glen visited the Mortgage Marketing Summit by Financial Reporter in London, where she got to share insights with other marketers in the industry.

After a quiet few months for conferences and events through the summer, it’s great to have some more events on our calendar for Q4. We’ve missed getting to catch up with our peers, and have a lot of advice (and bottles of wine) to share.
