In 2017 we set about revolutionising quarry extraction through the application of new approaches to reducing costs, improving productivity and collaboration an approach that is now generally called Digital Transformation.

What is Digital Transformation?

Digital Transformation is the process of creating an above and below ground Digital Twin of the operation that is accessible to key stakeholders via a secure web enabled platform. The exact components and scope will vary with the size and complexity of the operation but looks something like this:

3. Putting in place the tools to implement designs in the field
