QUARKS
MICHAEL BALMER·FRIDAY, JULY 5, 2019
I have recently been asked a very simple question, what is a quark?A quark is considered a fundamental particle of matter(the smallest amount of matter),with 1/2 spin, the up quark weighs approximately 2 mega electron volts(Mev) the down one is approximately 4.8 Mev and the strange weighs bout 92 Mev,there are 3 per nucleon (protons and neutrons) another question thrown in was ,why are they fundamental, that is an easy one....because no constituents are known or have been found,so they can not be broken down below what they are, actually those answers are not really describing what they are without concluding a base structure for quarks, let’s theorize there to be one, let’s theorize the make-up of quarks should be gluons, but why Gluons?Gluons as the force that holds quarks together forming nuclei should have and exhibit the same characteristics as the quarks themselves, meaning what, the quarks are the extension of the gluon with the gluon being more of what would be considered pure energy,in this case the pure charge of the oscillating material the electromagnet flux density of the motion of the matter, the slower the motion the higher the density,Then the actual question is what are gluons,a simple word that can be used is plasma.plasma negative and plasma positively charged,or a form of condensate,
That brings us back to the question of what are quarks?did i say a simple question?maybe ,but not surely a simple answer,However to make it a simple answer let’s just say the phase density of plasma, now we must show the some validity in this hypothesis,
Plasma,by the definition of plasma it makes sense,it explains where the charge come from, also the whole interactions of the particles of the nucleus, where he majority of the multi bodied elements are a result of the cooling of the interactions between elements of fusion and of fission, where the lighter element constituents move about more freely and at a higher velocity, creating more heat and radiation,a higher internal magnetic field, this is the most compiling aspect of the hypothesis the field currents produced and utilized by the plasma create also a self interaction of bonding quark to quark as quarks being just a phase of the gluon/plasma condensate,Can this be verified experimentally?not at the moment, but it’s theory can reach a satisfactory conclusion since it’s only a question.
