A Quantum Leap

Some of you are probably not old enough to remember this TV programme, in fact when I looked it up there is a recent revival of it, which I've not caught yet. I'm never sure when they remake things as there is a nostalgia to the original.

A bit like when they've remade All Creatures Great or Small or Wonder Woman.

Anyway, the point of The Quantum Leap is that he is time travelling sorting out peoples problems accompanied by a timeless assistant.

Ok, so this is a fiction of time travel, but we are becoming aware of a way of a new way, a new wave of being able to create different versions of the future with a collective view of how we want it to look.

The idea that we can consciously create a vision of business, of society, of community suddenly becomes within our grasp, within our reality. We just have to get our heads around it. More importantly our hearts and souls.

A new paradigm

This way we are working with a new paradigm of potential, purpose and profit as the systems that we have been familiar continue to break down.

The dawn of a new age requires rapid change, adaptability and flexibility. You are ready to bring in a new way, to bring about substantial change to the way you live your life and your impact on others.

You first of all have to approach things with an open mind. There is no point waiting until you are stood on the last rock clutching onto your files and old ways of working as the tide starts to lap at your feet.

You want to be on the speed boat out of there, with a clear vision of what you want. For you, for your business, for your life. We are now dividing into two camps. Those that will embrace what is coming and those that will resist.

If you can adapt now, it's a bit like having the nursery painted and all the soft toys, clothes and nappies ready for when the baby's born. You'll be prepared, not panicking when the time comes.

Your first steps are to consider what it is that you believe. Do you believe we're working with sustainable systems that are the best for humanity, the future generations and the wellbeing of those that we support, including ourselves?

The next thing is to consider what an alternative reality looks like. It's a bit like watching those house programmes where they design houses in the forest or with a slide or with the kitchen on the outside. When you find yourself saying "I'd never thought of that, but it works!"

What do you want your future to look like, your leadership, your life, your business? Happy, healthy & thriving or sinking under a stress epidemic whilst someone shouts from the balcony "how are you against your KPI's?"

You have the power

We all have the power to initiate change, we all have the capacity to stand up and say this is not working, I'm not working because I'm under too much pressure and I'm juggling this, this, this, this, oh and this.

We are all capable of opening the floodgates of discussion about how things are done around here. Are you brave enough, are you tired of looking at the same four walls. Can you take it out of the boardroom into the park, the nature reserve, the woods, on the beach?

When was the last time you heard someone say, I got my best idea sat in Meeting Room 5?

Let's shake things up, let's tread a new path, let's see where the mood takes us. Connect to your intuition, connect to your higher self, they have a plan, you just need to listen to it.

Take things in a new direction, individually if you're not yet in a position to change the world, you will be.

Call back your power from the four corners of the globe that it's been scattered in. What kind of a leader do you want to be, even if you are only leading yourself? Using your imagination, creativity, full potential and purpose.

Accessing all that you have available to you through connection to the self, connection to spirit, connection to the unseen.
